As the sun reaches its peak and we bask in the radiant energy of summer, step into a soul-nourishing weekend retreat designed to awaken your senses and spark your creativity. Guided by experienced Art Therapist and Counsellor Ness Shannon, this weekend is all about reconnecting with yourself through the joy of creative process—not perfection. Here, art is not about outcome—it’s about expression, exploration, and what it naturally awakens within us.
Your experience begins Thursday, when you arrive anytime that works for you. An incredible masseuse will be available all day to assist you into relaxing into the journey ahead. The evening will commence with an opening circle, a home-cooked dinner and an Art & Sip event. with a powerful Sound Healer setting the tone for a weekend of deep connection and gentle transformation. Each day begins with optional sunrise mindfulness and gentle yoga, followed by locally sourced, lovingly prepared meals to nourish your body and soul.
You’ll be guided through a series of inspired art workshops—designed to spark creativity, cultivate presence, and build heartfelt connection. In between, explore the spectacular natural surroundings, swim in the filtered lily pond or the ocean at the private beach, unwind with an optional massage, or simply soak in the sun by the infinity pool. A powerful Sound Healing session will be offered the following evening to set the tone for a weekend of deep connection and gentle transformation.
